Jessi Wright, Maine CITE Director
Jessi is an assistive technology professional (ATP) overseeing Maine CITE, the state assistive technology program in Maine. She has worked in the disability field for over 15 years in various capacities around the country including residential programs, providing autism services, teaching in special education, university disability services, and working closely with vocational rehabilitation. Melissa Bliss, MS OTR/L
Melissa is an occupational therapist and assistive technology specialist at Maine CITE, the state assistive technology program in Maine. She has worked in a wide variety of educational and clinical settings as an OT, including home health, nursing homes, early intervention, schools, acute care, rehab, and as a program coordinator for an AT lending library and reuse program in Portland. Melissa joined Maine CITE in July, 2022, where she focuses on ensuring that all Maine people have better access to and information about the technologies and adaptive equipment they need to lead full and productive lives. Leilani Carlson
Leilani (Lani) is an assistive technology specialist at Maine CITE. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, having joined the program in July 2022. Prior to Maine CITE, Lani served as the Maine AgrAbility Project Coordinator for a decade. In this role, she championed efforts to support agricultural workers with disabilities or chronic illnesses by providing education, resources, and direct assistance. Lani’s background extends beyond disability services. She also has over 15 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry. Sherie Lizzotte
Sherie joined Maine CITE in October 2019 as the Administrative Specialist. She brings over 16 years of experience as a medical transcriptionist to her role. At Maine CITE, Sherie provides vital support to program operations. She manages the AT4maine device loan library and coordinates webinars, as well as maintaining the MaineCITE.org website.
