Emergency planning is essential for everyone, but people with disabilities often face unique challenges that require extra preparation. Join us to learn how to create a personalized safety plan and access the right resources before and after a disaster.
In this webinar, you will learn how to create a plan by coordinating with your family and support teams. We will cover essential preparation steps, such as identifying accessible locations to go during an emergency and reviewing what specialized items to pack. Additionally, we will highlight specific resources available to help Mainers prepare ahead of time and discuss where to find critical support and recovery assistance in the aftermath of a disaster.
